At Cayetana, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handled. Please review our country-specific policies below.
En Cayetana, cada pieza es diseñada y cuidada con intención. A continuación, encontrarás nuestras políticas según el país de compra.
United States
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags must be attached
• The hygiene liner must remain intact
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you choose a refund to the original payment method, a $9.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If the requested exchange size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit (valid for 6 months) or a refund (minus the return processing fee).

Colombia
En Colombia solo realizamos cambios por talla dentro de los 10 días calendario posteriores a la entrega.
Condiciones para cambio:
• La prenda debe estar sin uso
• Con etiquetas originales
• Con el protector higiénico intacto
• Sin manchas de maquillaje, desodorante o perfume
No realizamos devoluciones de dinero.
Las prendas en promoción o con descuento sí pueden cambiarse por talla, sujeto a disponibilidad de inventario.
Si la talla solicitada no se encuentra disponible, se emitirá un crédito en tienda (store credit) por el valor pagado del producto. El crédito tendrá una vigencia de 6 meses.
El cliente asume el costo del envío hacia nuestra dirección.
Cayetana asumirá el envío de regreso del cambio (valor referencia envío nacional $15.000 COP).
