How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for tops and size down for bottoms. The model in our photos measures Bust 86cm / Waist 65cm / Hips 95cm and wears a size M. Check our full size guide here.

Do the colors look the same in person as in the photos?
We do our best to photograph colors accurately. However, every screen displays colors slightly differently. If you have questions about a specific color, email us at sales.cayetanarw@gmail.com and we'll send you additional photos.

How long does shipping take within Colombia?
Orders in Colombia are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your city. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally / to the United States?
Yes, we ship to the United States and several other countries. International delivery takes 7-14 business days. Check our shipping policy for details on rates and available countries.

Can I return or exchange if it doesn't fit?
In Colombia we accept size exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. In the United States we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with original tags and hygiene liner intact. See full policy.

What happens if my size is sold out?
You can use the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and we'll email you when it's back in stock. You can also write to us directly — sometimes we have inventory not yet published on the site.

How do I care for my pieces to make them last?
Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Do not machine wash. Do not wring — gently press to remove water. Dry in the shade, never in a dryer. Rinse immediately after contact with chlorine or sunscreen.

Are the pieces handmade? Where are they made?
Yes. Every piece is crafted in Colombia using high-quality swimwear fabrics. Production runs are small and intentional — which means more detail, more care, and that not all sizes are always available.

Can I buy the top and bottom separately?
Yes, all tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can choose different sizes for each piece. You can also buy the complete set and save 15%.

Do you have a physical store?
