Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

This policy applies to purchases made in Colombia and the United States, without exception for size, fit, or preference.

Requests are only reviewed in the following cases:

Any refund request due to a defect is subject to prior internal review and approval.

Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected, and the defect has been confirmed.

Items must be unworn, with hygienic liners intact and original tags attached.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items classified as clothing are eligible for exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
